We had a great stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was also very English-friendly, which made the check-in process and overall experience much easier. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location worked well for us while visiting Shimizu. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area.

Good value, convienient clean great shower. Step up from basic business hotel. Even view of mt Fuji. Convienient to station and ferry to izu pennisula. Will stay again

This was a great choice that balanced cost with exactly what I needed: clean room, good amenities… and the unexpected stroke of good luck… my room had a view of Mount Fuji!

Nice enough stay — clean, reliable, and perfectly serviceable, though the hotel has a bit of an older feel to it. The area was very quiet the night I was there, though that may have been because it was a Sunday. Some vending machine items were a bit pricey, and the one on my floor wasn’t working, so I had to go to another. The walls were also quite thin, and noise carried from neighboring rooms. Still, overall a decent and dependable place for a short stay.
