Really nice weekend stay! Jetted tub was amazing and staff is lovely. Parking was a little annoying as it’s off a one way street but still manageable. Will definitely be going back.

Major issues with the hotel room doors. Very difficult to actually open with your room key and no explanation was given by the staff upon check in. Other guests had the same issues with opening their door as we did. Doors also fail to properly latch sometimes when you close the door meaning no key is needed to open the door. Finally the interior door deadbolt is non functioning.
Additionally the shower was very small with extremely poor water pressure.
The bed was supposed to be queen sized but was actually only a double.
The TV only has one functioning channel.
The only redeeming qualities are the decent breakfast options, sizeable bath and the friendly staff.

Eventhough this was 2-3star hotel but all the experience was excellent.
I believe air conditioning system is newly built and even bath room was clean and nice.
I will stay again when I get to Ottawa.

It is a very simple hotel, but vety clean, well maintained, stuff is helpful. Breakfast very Noth American, we did not have breakfast, even though it was included. It has microwave in a lobby so you can heat some food if you need.

The room was clean, parking was hell as they did not have much parking spot. The food wasn’t my thing.

La chambre est toujours propre. Le personnel discret. Le déjeuner inclus est bon hormis la qualité du jus d’orange parfois dilué. Stationnement gratuit.
