The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, convenience store and main road. The staff was very helpful. They helped us in arranging a day tour taxi. They also recommended us to take a bus to the airport as a cheaper option.

Booked 5 rooms. Friend in one room complained of sewer smell. Friends in another room had issues with sink faucet not turning off. Did not alert staff of odor but did alert to faucet issue but they were unable to rectify. Good location for our needs.

Ophold alene

This is your typical APA experience, although the room was bigger than the ones in the APA hotels in Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the expected amenities. The location was right in the middle of downtown, where you have the main street full of shops. It's also minutes away from Aspam. The Aomori train station is walkable as well. Theres also a bus stop nearby where the airport bus stops. A Lawson convince store is found across the street.
