The rooms/suite were great size and clean. The hallways need more attention specially carpet cleaning. Hands down to the wonderful staff specially the managers Rafael and Diana! We felt so welcome and felt like home. The staff were all very respectful, helpful and very much accommodating. We would stay in this hotel again when we are in Singapore.

We stayed for five nights as a family of three, with two adults and our 12-year-old child. The hotel added a twin bed to the existing king-size bed, and the room was still spacious enough for all three of us. We had a very comfortable stay throughout our trip. The room was equipped with both a washing machine and a refrigerator, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. These amenities make this hotel an excellent choice for families planning a longer stay. The location is fantastic. Arab Street is only about a 3-minute walk away, and Bugis MRT Station and Bugis Street are both within a 10-minute walk, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Our room overlooked the Arab Street area, and we really enjoyed the view. I imagine that rooms on the opposite side would have a wonderful view of the Singapore Flyer. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The staff made us feel truly welcome, and her warm service made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Singapore and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast area is quite small with limited seating. Food choices were limited, and breakfast was not available on Sunday. We stayed in an interconnecting room on level 10, but the outside door was not working due to a missing latch. As a result, we were unable to close it and fully enjoy the interconnecting room feature, and it felt more like just two adjacent rooms.

I prepaid the room 2 months ahead and when we checked in, at 3 pm, the room was not ready and had to wait hours before we got our keys. We prepaid a 2 room suite but was told that there no more suites available ar check in. I will never stay in this property again. The front desk staff especially the men were not very friendly at all. We asked if the hotel provides bottled water and one of the guys saiid no we dk not provide complimentary bottled water, saying it with a little sarcasm.

Great location, close to most all attractions and right next to a bus stop. They have bikes to rent (free) too. The only complaint is the bathrooms need to be cleaned or updated - there's a lot of mold in the grout.
