God
There were issues checking in, apparently something to do with the payment not being allocated and they tried to charge me again for the room, took about 20 minutes to resolve. Once checked in, the room key didn’t work, back down to reception and it felt like getting a new key was an issue. Then I was allocated a twin room when a queen room was booked. Back down again, another 15mins at reception to get the correct room. The service from the reception staff was very poor and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them.

Doesn't look like what you would expect, some Reception staff lack manners, others can't email An invoice after one being requested. Lifts are from the 80's.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff in all areas. The breakfast was one of the best I have encountered. The evening meal was a relaxed and friendly time with staff going the extra mile for all the guests.

Ophold alene

A pretty good experience for a hotel. The staff were very friendly. The food was nice but my room had no hot water very disappointing for a Hilton.
