The room was a little small, but it was relatively clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences. My bad as I hadn’t reviewed properly whilst booking in absolute rush. The photos did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. The rug at the entrance was old and dusty, and the entire hotel had a strong unpleasant odour from the toilets. The room itself was poorly maintained, with visible hair and cleanliness issues. The biggest concern was the presence of small cockroaches throughout the room. We spent the night trying to protect our belongings and were unable to sleep. By the wee hours next morning, we had already started searching for alternative accommodation. To their credit, the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and offered to move us to another room. We decided to check out the same morning despite having paid for two nights. We found another hotel and left before 9am. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope management addresses these hygiene and pest-control issues as they significantly affected our stay. It felt like torture and punishment rather than in holiday mode.

Clean room, secure building. Towels were very thin, some had holes. No hand towels or washcloths. Little to no toilet paper.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. For toiletries, it had toothpaste/toothbrush and shower cap. No shampoo nor body wash. The hotel provided 3 0,6 l bottles of water, green tea and coffee to make in the room - that was nice. The bathroom had poor light. My room was on the ground floor next to the reception and elevator and it was not sound proof so I could hear all the commotion in the foyer. The entrance door only opens with a room key - I appreciated this added level of security. The air con worked well. I used Google maps to get to the hotel - would not have found it otherwise. It is located right next to the market and the tiny street/path leading to it looked scary at first. But it is safe.

Staff friendly, I stay there 5day cleaner look like no clean my room. But location very good.

Ants everywhere in bed, tables, bathroom. Is located at a small dark dirty alley. No soap bar, no hanging hooks, no cotton bud. Tiny room, don’t bother to get the WINDOW deluxe room, is a house opposite that able to see into your room just 3m apart. Safe box faulty, ask for replacement also give a faulty one. Overall is 1/10. Totally no ambiance.
