I was there on a business trip. The first time in Baku. It was great to be at the Hilton. Very nice hotel and great location. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurants were very nice. It was great staying at the Hilton. I will definitely stay there if I have to be in Baku ever again

I stayed 7 days and it was enjoyable. The room was clean but furniture is old. Staff cooperative and i appreciate the quick response from room service whenever i required their assistance.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. we arrived very early and left very late, and we were given a complementary room upgrade (with a phenomenal view of the F1 pit lane/Victory Parade square) and use of the facilties both before and after our stay! Some standouts: the friendly welcome and help with checkin/checkout requests from Ramiz and Rauf in the lobby, Yasin in the Lounge for whom nothing was too much trouble (and even helped me learn more Azerbaijani!), Itlik from the Sky Grill who made our anniversary dinner so special, and Gulyia from the Spa, whose massage I can still feel! Thank you so much to all those I haven’t mentioned as well! Wouldn't dream of spending a night in Baku anywhere else!

Something was werid with the shower, it was either waaay to hot water or way to cold, impossible to regulate.
