Fantastisk we stayed 3N in the DELUXE room which is the corner unit, very spacious with large bathroom with windows to the outside, not the usual dark hole that most hotel bathrooms do. There's a Sky Bar so if the evening weather is pleasant, it would be lovely to enjoy a drink there.
The little restaurant on the ground floor is busy at dinner time. No breakfast or lunch, which is sensible of the management because I can't think why anyone would want meals during the day with the HUGE VARIETY available outside.
Staff are responsive to assist.
Location - I really couldn't ask for a better place. Food variety is endless, walk around exploring is so visually exciting.
I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located. A superior room is much better than the small standard room. Unfortunately, we lost power on our last extended day, which forced us to go to the airport early.

Everything was nice and cozy. The hotel was too unique to function. The toilet was cute looking but it wasn't big enough to be comfortable. The sink didn't have a back splash or enough counter space. Still a nice hotel and excellent staff.

Hot shower water pipe is very hot if you touch accidentally. Should have a warning sign to indicate thr pipe is very hot if you are Turing on the hot water.

Fantastic location nearly the Komtar and the night market for food, very convenient for public transport from the airport and to other places, air conditioning good, shower good.

It is clean and neat though room size is pretty small. The location is very central, easy to the town sightseeing by walking.
