Room smelt strongly of smoke, wifi and internet tv not working, rooms overlook hotel bar courtyard and had a lot of noise until closing. Not all bad, the shower was powerful and warm

Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff! Hope to see you guys again in the near Future Godbless.

The hotel backs onto the bar. The loud music played until the early hours of the morning which was challenging to sleep.

I enjoyed the stay. It was comfortable and convenient. Dinner was great at the convenience of a walk, with access entertainment.
