second time around staying here, this time for my birthday. it’s just one of the best hotels with the most attentive staff and little gestures that go such a long way. so incredibly clean and comfortable all around. the most peaceful area to stay in as well, you’ll never want to leave.

Very convenient location; within walking distance to the Tube, Royal Albert Hall, Royal College of Music, Hyde Park, museums, Brompton Oratory, shops, bakeries, patisserie, café, restaurants. Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Friendly, efficient staff.

Our family loved it! Great new rooms with great bathrooms! Staff was extremely helpful. Location is great, just outside of South Kensington station. On site restaurant was delicious and any additional needs were at multiple shops right at SK station! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel to stay in, close to bus and train station and in a very good location. Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Air Con in the room was a big bonus considering it was very hot outside so after spending all day in the sun and heat was nice to come back to a cool room. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was great right next to the tube station and lots of restaurants. We loved everything about our stay except for the quality of air conditioning- it did not cool the room down to a temperature that felt cool even though the thermostat said 18 degrees celcius..
