Great hotel, value and staff. And Calm and quiet unlike centre! Not in historic centre, but super easy & frequent metro link Lovely staff Huge shopping centre, with great shops and supermarket, 2mins walk away Interesting 1970s modernist architecture too

A perfect place to stay in Prague - right on the subway yet with a large hotel parkade, with great restaurants in the hotel and in the nearby Arkady mall.

Good hotel and very friendly staff. Replacement of tea/coffee and cups bit intermittent and had to chase. Lift refurbishment but no problem if you don't mind service lift. Pool always busy, small for size of hotel. Would be better if you had to book.

- A worn-out mattress !!! During our stay, we had to evacuate at night because of a fire... without much panic... luckily, it was just smoke in the basement... I hope??... unfortunately, the staff failed to let us know that everything was okay... so after the evacuation itself, there was chaos... Breakfast was standard....unfortunately, no delicacies The wellness area was good, the pool water temperature was good...unfortunately, it was often very crowded
