The staff was excellent! The room was clean. The location was perfect. The view from the room was Fantastic! The only problem I had was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress plus a pillow topper. The ac could have been a little better but the temperature was very hot.

Booked hotel based on a past stay here in 2018, along with recent location price and reviews. I would definitely not consider this property a 9 out of 10 by any stretch. Our comforter was stained when we checked in (they did come quickly to give us a new one but basically handed it to us and was like want me to change it or you), other parts of room clean at first glance but walls had stains and shower could use some updates. Fridge would not get cold. TV did not work only got pixelated channels except maybe one and when we told front desk they said all TVs are not working looking at getting a new provider. Room is spacious and location is good you are right on top of Clifton Hill.
