We lived this hotel. The cleanliness, staff and location were perfect. The only criticism we had was the size of the room. It was one of the tiniest we’ve ever stayed in even by European standards. We couldn’t move around at the same time but luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Small boutique hotel very convenient for Paddington station. Very clean and recently decorated in pleasant style. I liked the toiletries in the room and the automatic doors which are so helpful when you have your hands full of luggage. Staff welcoming. Breakfast very good and also refreshments available in the lobby. Our room was small, but you should expect that in London. There were some good space saving designs in the room. Air con was appreciated and sound proofing effective.

We had a room booked for 3 people so I’m sure the room options are limited, however I was not expecting a basement with no windows. The room was clean and well maintained but definitely not an option for a longer stay( we were there for 1 night only). Good location and A/C worked well.

Tiny room no chair in room at all. Clean bathroom no washcloths for bathing. Good breakfast. Great location close to everything.

We stayed from April 17 to 24 of this year. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. we had breakfast once and it was good. I love how close it is to Paddington station.

They great you with wine and pastries, staff were amazing. Bed was comfortable. Location was safe and close to all means of transportation.

Our room was on the ground floor. Not my favourite location but it was ok. The room are very small with a lot packed in. Don’t bring a lot of luggage. Nice bathroom but smelly from the drain. Not sure why but reception start playing music at around 06:45. I put eye plugs in as it was quite loud. Overall not the best but not the worst hotel we have stayed in. Very convenient for Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastisk
Nice modern place, room not huge but this is London! Everything worked, no complaints. Shops and pubs nearby and minutes to paddington station.
