The hotel did not meet the 4-star rating. There was a strong mildew smell, outdated appliances, and overall not what we were expecting.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was wonderful. The breakfast offered I would highly recommend! Well worth the $$! We had a great quiet comfortable night sleep and would definitely come back again!

We did not utilize the breakfast service as it was costly (20 euros per person). You were not allowed to take anything out of the dining room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Elevator to second floor had a sewer gas smell. The hallways, furniture in the lobby and carpets are very tired (worn) and could use some updating.

Friendly staff from check in to check out. Hotel is within walking distance to the main hub of Bruges. Room was clean and tidy with a box of Belgian chocolates on the bed was a nice touch.

I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent , helpful and pleasant. We liked the complementary chocolates and cookies. It was very thoughtful.

Excellent place to stay in Bruges. From check-in to check-out we had nothing but positive experiences. The family rooms were great and the breakfast was pretty decent.

La localización excepcional, el personal muy atento lleno de detalles al recibirnos, unos chocolates deliciosos en la habitación con una botella de vino, pastillas en la recepción, lo único fue la alfombra en la habitación que estaba con polvo y que la habitación era extremadamente pequeña, casi no se podía caminar por sus lados. Tenía un balcón hermoso con vista al patio que invitaba a pasar más tiempo.
