Very decent hotel and located in convenient place.

This property is very well located and the rooms are nice. The windows are a bit unexpected, but for sleeping it’s perfectly fine. The staff has a bit problems with communicating in English, but overall they were really helpful. Keep in mind that if you arrive early and want to check in early, you will have to pay extra fee and probably also wait a little bit. The cleaning was very good all hotel smells really nice and there is a possibility to wash your clothes. They also have some possibility of snacks and instant dinners. I would really recommend this hotel!

Good: 1. All staffs at the reception were helpful, kind and friendly ( 5 stars) 2. free luggage storage on check in and out day, 3. free ice, coffee and tea 4. Free self service washer and dryer (detergent and softener is 3000 won each) 5. Free bicycle rental ( may be seasonal, it was offered in April) 6. Daily room service. Towels changes, toilet paper and tissue refills, water and snack refills all complimentary. 7. Share microwave outside elevator 8. Location strategy for tourist. Bad: 1. Musty smell ( room that has suitcase decorations on the wall). I was lucky to be able to swap to a bigger room ( brick wall, smiley face picture frame) but still have musty smell. Room has air filter but doesn’t help at all. 2. Bathroom was dirty. All 15 days staying, dried dirty stains are still on the toilet wall. Overall room is old. Dust on ceiling and bed lamp were never clean during our stay, despite daily room service.

Great location with very helpful staff on hand. Really supportive when having small children too.

Staff was so accommodating and helpful, they have on site laundry. Rooms are clean and were always cleaned when we came back at the end of our day. The rooms are spacious I would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Korea. It’s in a really good location close to bus stops and train stations as well as good food markets and shopping streets.

It was really cozy and comfortable stay for 6 nights. Staffs were friendly and assisted us a lot during the stay. They cleaned the room every day so it felt like a first night stay every time we go back to our room. Building seems to be a little older than expected and there were some damages on interiors in our room. However it was a minor issue and barely visible. Air conditioning and air purifier worked really well and we had good rest at the end of the each days with a big screen tv. It was amazing stays all the time

Room was clean and free washer and dryer was a great perk also.

I had to switch rooms twice due to issues—a cramped layout in the first (bathtub next to the bed and a narrow bathroom), a leaking bathtub in the second, and in the third, a hard bed, intrusive light from another room, no city view as advertised, and a door that wouldn’t close properly. The front desk representative (man with glasses) was professional and explained it was the last available room, but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

Clean room. Reasonable rate. Convenient location to all Seoul attraction in Gangbuk..Insadong. and all palaces.
