The staff was extremely helpful and property well maintained. I felt the carpet in the room was a bit dated and dingy but otherwise, very nice hotel. Located in the heart of everything and very walkable area.

Great hotel and perfect location in the Loop area. Big rooms, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Very cool vibe ....especially their rooftop bar: ROOF on the Wit (reservations highly recommended)! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel overall. Staff was good. Lobby and restaurant looked great. But it looks like they ran out of cash to decorate the room…..weird design choices and cheap looking lamps/ art work. Almost as if the interior designer received half the budget they wanted and had to make do to complete the project. The room just felt off…

There was a ton of construction going on outside so the roads were closed directly outside of the hotel, which I understand were not the fault of the hotel, but would have been nice to know before we arrived. Also, there were a bunch of private events while we were there, so the rooftop bar was closed and the lobby was full of people waiting in line and several elevators were roped off for guests headed up to the top levels for events. Therefore it made getting up to our room a bit challenging and we were asked to show our key card just to get into the hotel each day.
