The owners were very friendly and helpful. I will look forward to staying there with them again. Location very convenient to train and tram and local shops.

AC was good..it kept me warm. Quilt and blanket too helped.Room was clean. Closest Cafe is Ten on One Cafe on Mt Alexander Rd is the closest..open till 3pm. Meals very good ,portions very generous, hence price is justified. The chicken salad was yummy and sufficient for 2 meals

Room was very clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Very friendly lady at Reception. Motel is an older motel but has some modern touches and lovely comfy beds. Very good location to Moonee Ponds and city. Tram out front.

The room are clean,easy parking the best staff and the owners are lovely air conditioning and heating is great l stay here a lot as it close to shopping and dining
