Check in was advertised as from 2pm but our room was not ready till 2.45pm. We were told breakfast was not included but I checked with my Expedia booking and found that it was. They immediately agreed that it was when I showed them my booking. Room as advertised as a studio but it had no sofa or armchair and was much too small to be described as such. A third of the room was taken up by a bath.

Staff were helpful from beginning to end. Room was well laid out. Location was excellent. Breakfast was okay - items to meet a variety of tastes.

The staff were delightful- so friendly and cheerful! The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great location in the centre of Chinatown. Would definitely recommend and hope to return myself next year!

Loved it all. Not posh not top class but very friendly staff, comfy bed, the pool is welcome and refreshing and the selection at brekkie perfect for us. Be aware the smaller rooms are small if you have big bags but they do have bigger rooms. Lots to see and do in the area. We can recommend and we hope to return.

Excellent location, immediately adjacent to Central Market, which has lots of great shopping and food choices. Easy walk to Jalan Alor for night market food, and walkable to National Mosque and KL Railway station. Couldn't have picked a better spot! Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
