The room we checked into wasn't cleaned at all with keys left in there from the last one. They were nice enough to upgrade or room. But, in that room we went to take a shower and no body soap or hair shampoo left in bottles. We had to exchange the empty for full ones.

Front desk and Breakfast Staff were professional, friendly and client focused. Breakfast provided options each day. Pool water was a perfect 82°, unlike the last time when it was 90° or more. I swim early morning laps. Room was good and met my needs.

Everything was great once the check in got straightened out as they mistakenly gave our room to another guest but we didn’t find out until we went to our room. The poor girl working alone on graduation weekend finally figured out the staff member before her coded our room by accident to the other guest and that the room that was meant for them was empty so we got their room. It worked out in the end which was a big relief as everything else in town was booked because of both the college and high school graduations happening the same weekend.

Great Breakfast Offerings, well kept property and amenities. Pool was great, but crowded! Unfortunately the hot tub was under construction, but it happens Great Family Experience

The employee at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. My room was very clean. My bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. However, the ceiling vent in the bathroom was very very dirty. There was no tv channel guide in my room. I asked at the front desk if the tv had any local channel. She couldn’t find a channel guide but told me she thought maybe channel 3 was local. No channel 3!
