Very nice and clean hotel with updated rooms. The check-in process was ridiculous. Younger staff were poorly trained - example: even after checking-in with their QR coded process, when I went to get my key the young person at the desk said they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my Expedia confirmation and she still denied I had a reservation. It took another person to get it fixed. Important: their QR code check-in asked for date of birth and place of birth. These should never be requested or given out by travelers as they are security questions with many financial accounts. Expedia should be aware of this.

A very good hotel- well located for bus and train station. Good breakfast. Amazing views from breakfast level and bar. All staff really friendly and helpful. Good room- sound proof: no noise from trains etc

The air conditioning did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. The staff were also quite rude during our stay. At check-in, we were told that breakfast was included with our room. I specifically asked the front desk to double-check, and the staff member confirmed that it was included. The next morning, we went for breakfast, which was already quite disappointing due to the limited selection and overall quality. The staff member at the breakfast entrance did not mention any issue, so we assumed everything was fine. On the second morning, however, a different staff member informed us that breakfast was not included. We went down to reception to clarify the situation, and the staff there were extremely rude and unhelpful. It turned out that we were charged €50 for one day’s breakfast because of the misinformation provided at check-in. Paying €50 for a breakfast with very limited choices was highly overpriced and frustrating, especially since the confusion was caused by the hotel’s own staff. Overall, the poor service, lack of communication, and uncomfortable room made for a disappointing experience.

Beautiful views from our 11th floor room. Fast elevators. Good location for walking. Only downside is the open glass shower. No privacy at all. Makes it hard traveling as a family

The staff is very nice and friendly. Clean room

Overall good experience. Staff were really friendly and the location was perfect. The room could have been a little cleaner, however. Windows had marks on, especially lower down which could've been from a dog. Breakfast staff were also really friendly and accommodating, some food like bacon and egg had run out and not re-stocked when we visited. They kindly made us some more bacon just for us around closing time. View was lovely throughout the hotel.

It is OK for some level

A superb location and unbeatable breakfast are the top pros. A compact room with very basic in-room amenities, with an overall short-stay ticking-the-box property
