Fantastisk
Property was a brilliant location and staff were incredibley helpful! Room size was okay and the toilet / shower was a nice big size! There is no lift at the property just as a FYI.

I have stayed at the Kirketon several times. Got room 334 this time and it was by far the best and most spacious. The hotel is great value, just what I needed for a short work trip. The airport shuttle for $25 which you can book at reception is excellent value and saved me the angst of booking an Uber at 6am and hoping it would be on time.

The room was comfortable including the Queen bed and very clean and tidy. We were on the 2nd floor so 2 flights of at least 10 or 12stairs plus 2 smaller stairs of about 4 in each. I managed but wouldn't have 4wks ago due to a respiratory infection. If you have difficulty walking there is no lift. The stairs would present as a problem than. Also parking is not at the motel, that was a bit of a shock as just assumed that it would be. It's about 5mins away and very narrow if you had a bigger car or ute like Ford ranger would be a very tight fit. But on plus side, staff at reception were very nice and went out of their way to assist.

Comfy bed, all the ameneties one needs. Quite but in the heart of everything to everywhere you'd want to go for a city escape. Must be fit to walk the stairs.
