The staff were very helpful and kind. It was confusing how dirty and stained the carpets were throughout the hotel - both in the room and the hallways. There was a miscommunication regarding cleaning services which meant the room cleaning I ordered did not happen.

Breakfast just fine, fresh and enough. The hotel is not far from Königsallee and Central station. Altstadt is a bit further away, but still walking distance.

I never had heating in my room and there wasn't hot water. We could not have a shower. It's really freezing here. This is unacceptable. They just told me to ask for a refund which I want. Please keep me posted This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

Quite and nice for a short stay! kettle in the room was great, however we couldn't get the air-con working correctly so very hot.
