room condition. Acs need servicing and room needs updating as hotel is getting old and needs maintenance. Excellent staff and brilliant location

Good location, but the hotel needs renovation. I had t change my room twice.

The environment was good, but the room was non-conducive. Our room was hot, and the air conditioner refused to get cold. We called maintenance, but nothing happened for two nights.

I had an amazing stay at Movenpivk Hotel. First off, it had excellent security. There are guards at the gate 24/7 and staff stationed on each floor at night. The facilities are nice and clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. They were able to assist me with anything I needed. The gym is large and open 24/7. It is one of the nicest hotel gyms that I’ve seen in Nigeria. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and comes with a chef that makes omelets. I was able to have plantain, yam, and egg sauce every morning! Rooms are clean and quiet. Room service menu had a lot of good options. I didn’t take advantage of the pool, but I saw some other patrons enjoying it. Overall, an excellent experience!

Room are a little run down. Gym needs a refresh. Staff are friendly but very slow to get things done. Restraunt and food were average.

Nice short stay

Took a long time to chrck in. Then room had a bad smell. Had to call for maintenance on the AC. Receptionist wasn't pleasant.

I was here for five days. By the time I left I felt every staff member was a friend. My trip was purely for fun and the hotel was a perfect compliment to my stay. My compliments to Simon the General Manager for providing an excellent staff. I can’t wait to come back.

I arrived at 5:45pm and my room was not ready. Really unacceptable since I had a function to go to that night. They did not give any explanation. Just kept on telling me they were getting the room ready. I had to wait 30 mins.
