The only positives about this property were its proximity to the bus stop, the reasonably comfortable bed, and the good pillows. The food was unappetising, and some dishes were served completely raw. The staff were not particularly rude, but they were far from helpful. I got the impression that they simply didn't want to be there. To be honest, after my experience, I didn't want to be there either.

The welcome by Andrea is Reception was amazing. She was really kind and even got with me in the lift up to my room when I explained that I have a serious phobia of lifts, and wanted to be sure that I could operate this one. She also helped locating the T-shirt I had sent to laundry but hadn't recovered. I got a little welcome pastry, and immediate help when I couldn't open the balcony door. The phone was always answered very promptly and I was always greeted with "Madame Vincent" which is very rare nowadays. The room is ideal, fantastic view from balcony, very quiet compared to all other areas of Monaco. I was so impressed that I booked for the whole duration of my forthcoming August holiday, was going to stay 4 nights in August but am now staying 7 nights in August. I would like to try the pool next time, it is very secluded and private, really inviting.

Muy buena ubicación, zona tranquila, cerca del paradero de dos líneas de transporte público y del bus turístico hop on hop off. El personal de recepción y el del comedor muy amables, las instalaciones muy limpias y bien conservadas. En general, un hotel al que regresaría sin dudar.

These rooms are just like putting lipstick on a pig. The real crime is the “fitness centre” and the pool needs re-doing. Staff are great working with the little they have

We loved our stay!!! Our room was very very nice! The bed was so comfy ... some of the best sleep I've had in awhile. We also had a beautiful view from our balcony. Everything was so clean! The best part was how friendly the staff was!!!
