God No parking again... As always.. where we go hotels continue to lie about having parking and then nothing... You ll end up paying 60 euros at the neighbour parking lot... Goodluck

Very nicely appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent location.
I had just flown in from London so maybe the subpar, overpriced accommodations there may have coloured my views!😁

Absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which my 9 year old nephew described as a luxury penthouse suite. I have very high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this Suite was immaculate. The Suite had everything you could need. I have stayed in many hotels for business and pleasure and this was definitely one of the best. I had what I thought was a problem with the bath, rang down to reception and the colleague came up to my room immediately and sorted it out. My only complaint is that my Eurostar was cancelled and I could not book a 2nd night here because the Suites were all booked. Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Rotterdam.

Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Clean and liked the option to request the room is not cleaned for a day, for which the hotel would plant a tree. Great location and the room was lovely. Only element that wasn’t in the room that I would have liked were bathrobes, but that’s a small detail and we’d definitely stay again.

The room was really clean and I felt like the space in the room really helpful for me and my family. The staff were kind and guilted is to the right path. The air conditioning was really good because The moment we set it , it instantly made the room feel better. I felt that this hotel was in the best area because it had shops, food, and even a mall. It is so close to all the attractions and it helped our family by a whole lot.

Very elegant hotel, with clean, fresh and tastily decorated rooms and good amenities in central Rotterdam. The breakfast “market” (you “shop” what you want to eat and pay accordingly) is lacking variety a little and there are no hot food options, otherwise a highly recommended hotel choice. Highlight for me was how quiet the room was- I did not have to wear my earplugs I normally wear at night!

The location is perfect to explore the city, shopping and dining. The room was very spacious. There is a small market on the 2nd floor where you can find almost everything you may need.

Only stayed for one short night but the room was comfy, very big and the bathroom was very clean, modern with a nice shower.
Hotel is well located, close to the train station and in the centre of town.
Good value hotel, would recommend.
