Great place for a short stay. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and cafes. Tram stop across the road to the city. Car Parking available. Room was clean and well presented. Also outside garden for a relaxing read in the afternoon! Highly recommend.

The entire place is incredibly decrepit and tired. Rooms were tidy and kind of clean but communal areas were dirty.
The entire place had a funky smell to it.
The lift was the slowest lift I have ever used. Painfully slow.
