I stayed at the Four Seasons Tunisia with high expectations based on the Four Seasons brand and my experiences at their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of the negative comments are also related to service, which was consistent with my experience.
The property itself is beautiful—very elegant, clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. The pool area is especially nice and is one of the highlights of the hotel.
However, if you’re looking for a beach vacation, this may not be the best choice. The beach is disappointing: it is rocky, not particularly clean, and the water is not very appealing. It also requires a long walk to get to the beach, which takes away from the overall experience.
Overall, it was an acceptable stay because the property is attractive and well-kept, but the service needs significant improvement. The hotel would also benefit from cleaning and improving the beach area to better match the standards expected from a Four Seasons property.
