Here’s a natural-sounding review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—close to grocery stores and just a short walk from the ocean. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and perfect for exploring. I also loved the lobby; it’s very stylish and creates a great first impression. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! 😊

The hotel for us was in the perfect location prior to going on a cruise. It is very close to South Beach, Lincoln Road and all there is to do and see in the area. Communication with Staff through messaging was excellent and the room was also very nice. Would definitely recommend as the location is fantastic

Very large room and bed, clean when we first arrived and excellent cleaning service daily. Shops, restaurants and beach nearby. Only issue was with lack of staff during check in made it difficult to take Luggage to the room, but the hotel manager arranged for someone to help us during check out! Thank you

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the location & amenities. We were a bit confused about checking in and the parking etc, as there’s no staff on site, however this was very simple. We got an email with the checking in instructions, and they put a parking fob in our room so we could use the parking garage across the street (extra charge of $20 per day). Every day they emailed us asking how we were and if we needed anything etc, which was a fabulous touch, and they were very quick to respond back. We did have something crop up, and the managed emailed me, then called me to discuss. Oscar was amazing, he went above & beyond any service we’ve had before at a hotel. Then the next day he called again just to check in…..thanks Oscar!!! The room & bathroom were very large and clean. There are towels, bathroom supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels all in the little lobby area for you to help yourself. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s a block walk to South Beach but was quiet enough and near CVS & Walgreens etc for anything that you might need. Thanks again to Oscar and the team for a great experience!
