I was only there for one night, but the staff was very helpful. Very courteous. Everything was spotless. I would definitely stay there again for even a longer length of time.

We had a very nice stay despite the awful torrential rain for 4 days non stop. What was nice was to come back to a nice warm and cosy hotel with the lounges which made it nice to relax and have a hot cup of tea. It was a little home from home. The hotel was perfectly located for us as the tours we wanted.. meeting points were 5 minute walk away and good places of interest nearby. Only 15 minute walk to the old town so we felt we had the best of both worlds. My only criticism was the admin of the hotel. I was somewhat bombarded with messages for the booking of 2 rooms. We filled all the required information. I called the hotel twice to ensure my credit card would not be charged prior to arriving as I used the “pay at the hotel” option and my friend and I wanted to pay separately. I was assured it was just a pending payment showing on my account. When we arrived.. I stated we wanted to pay individually but unfortunately they put the whole charge in my credit card.. which caused me some stress and I had to call my bank and a refund was finally issued 4 days later. I think better care needs to be taken regarding payments. Aside from that.. it was a great little cosy hotel in a great location.. and it was also nice to be able to turn the radiators on when cold ( which a lot of places don’t supply)

This stay was really fun. Finding and entering the BnB was a bit confusing, but we figured it out eventually. The room was nice with some simple but nice extras. The breakfast was very good and the staff was great to talk to. The location is decent.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again. It is a great location between the train station and Mirabell Palace. The room for one is small, but clean and well appointed.

The location is very good, few minutes walk to Mirabell Garden and the bus station, 10 minutes walk to the Central train station. The staff is friendly. I requested Salzburg Guest Mobility Card before I arrived, and they fulfilled my request. There is a free coffee/tea room. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours, so please make arrangement with the hotel if you expect to arrive later in the day.

We loved staying here. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and many of Salzburg's main tourist sites. We loved visiting Salzburg.
