Fantastisk
Smooth check in and excellent staff. The room was clean, very spacious with comfy beds. The sauna and the pool are also great! We needed a taxi help and the staff did phenomenal job accomodating my large family.

Overall the hotel was good with a decent gym & good location. However when I booked I was not warned there was construction ongoing and there was a lot of noise on my floor late into the evening and also got woken by the noise. Feel like I should have been warned when I booked so not happy with that and likely won’t stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, spacious. Loved the bathtub. The bed was very firm, but comfortable - not rock hard as in other places. The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a small problem with bathtub plug and it was fixed immediately. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Such a lovely hotel. Very big spacious rooms with a large chaise by the big windows overlooking the park. Hotel offers steam room, sauna, pool and a make up room for pampering. There’s a nice waterfall feature at the front with a pond. It also offers a huge whiskey store and a Starbucks. The hotel is very close to the Zhongli street market and lots of restaurants. Temples are in walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as the service was amazing! The staff were quick to respond to our needs.
