After checking in found that most of the power points in the room didn't work. Reported this to reception and after resetting a circuit breaker everything worked - really fast response and resolution so appreciated that. Rooms are pretty tired - the kitchen sink tap wobbled like it wasn't attached to anything, and if you didn't press the flush button on the toilet at exactly the right angle you'd only get a dribble of water coming out. I booked a room with breakfast included - really wish I hadn't and just went to a local cafe. Their breakfast area is tiny, choices are limited and when we went down to eat around 9am half the offerings were cold. I had to go back to confirm it actually cost me extra to include breakfast, because what I got felt like what a hotel that included breakfast as standard would offer. I'd never pay extra for breakfast at this place again. The room was clean and comfortable enough for the 1 night we were staying. Good proximity to the Bondi Junction train station. If you wanted to stay any longer or spend any time in your room, I'd look elsewhere.

Chose this as a way station on the way to Sydney as it advertised high speed internet and I had morning video meeting I had to make. Internet was highly unstable and for, with no recourse from the hotel staff. Also chose this hotel because breakfast was included. Breakfast was pretty awful. Very, very limited choice. Absolutely no recourse for someone with gluten intolerance or someone avoiding dairy. I ate a banana and gave up. Bummer all around.

Tran, Chloe and the gentleman who greeted us on the 1st night were very friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Top marks. The accommodation is dated, and could do with the shower being fixed in Room 418 (it leaked onto the floor), but it was spacious and had everything we needed.
