The rooms were dirty and there were roaches. I checked out after one night and the hotel refuses to refund me for my remaining five nights. I would never booked my family to stay at this hotel again.

We stay only one night, late arrival and check out in the morning, but it was very pleasant, nice clean room, nice big size shower, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent, make us very happy.
Thank you Expedia.

The hotel is in good condition and is a great value. It is in the heart of downtown Hefei. The building and rooms felt new, and the rooms were quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly but English communication was limited. The breakfast was mostly Chinese. In March 2018 there was a lot of construction in the area - it didn't affect us once we were actually in the hotel, but the street was a little difficult to walk down. The main complaint was that the room was too warm and the air conditioning wasn't turned on yet..

Fantastisk Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Excellent hotel and kept extremely clean. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hefei we have experienced. The service at the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Fortunately, everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I do not give praise lightly. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say we were very pleased with our stay, and although short and sweet this time, we hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
