Handy location and reasonably priced. Bathroom facilities need updating. Clean. Staff were friendly. Room ready early which was much appreciated. Complimentary toiletries had to be collected from reception which wasn’t mentioned at check in.

For two days and nights the smell of someone smoking weed was coming through the air vents. Not sure how anyone could use the hairdryer as it was the incorrect plug to any in the room. Round pins not the Aussie plugs. The bathroom door was water damaged so badly the paint was peeling off. Don’t stretch out in the shower as you will graze your elbows on the tiles due to the holes and filler. Oh and don’t forget to clean the ledge in the shower when you use it. As it helps to get the cigarette ash left there from the previous person. The mattress could do with changing as the two of us kept rolling into the middle. It was also very strange not to have elevator security as anyone could walk in and access any floor at anytime. Great location though.

The pay/ holding deposit for the room was very confusing, with money being held but not taken off the remaining balance. Room was nice but the next morning we couldn't get any cold water out the taps so couldn't shower. Frustrating but otherwise hotel was okay.

The room was tidy and inviting. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and professional. A great team you have there. I actually spoke to the cleaner one morning. And she was polite, professional and efficient. Highly recommend YEHS to anyone. I will myself be returning. For my next Tradeshow event.
