Property was great, clean and spacious. We had a 2 double bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. The apartment is on the main street but it's very quiet and we weren't disturbed. Good location in Sant Antoni, very close to the Metro and Aerobus stops. We walked everywhere and it was really easy to get about. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away and there are lots of food options around. Smoke alarm and decent blackout curtains (always good when traveling with children!). Communication with Libere was super easy via the app and WhatsApp, and they were always very quick to get back to me. One of the showers leaked so we didn't use that. Fans were provided as the aircon wasn't particularly effective during the hot weather, although it didn't work. Television speakers didn't work but we didn't need it. Travel cot and high chair provided for the 1 year old. Could do with a few more hooks to hang towels and a bit more space for food in the kitchen but overall very happy with our stay! Stayed for 4 nights in June, family of 4. Would def recommend.

Great location, quiet room. There was a thermostat on the wall but it was not meant to function. The temperature for the whole hotel is set at a central location: summer setting or Winter setting. It had just been switched to summer setting so there was no heat, only cold air blowing in. On the second night after much complaining we were given a space heater.

Very easy check in and very clean apartment. We only stayed for 1 night and it had everything we needed. There is no front desk - you are provided with a digital key. We could not figure out the air conditioner but the windows offered a perfect beeeze in the evening.

The area was great but all communication with staff was done through WhatsApp. Slot of answers were “we don’t know “ basic stuff like “where is the closest ATM” or closest location for the hop on hop off bus. When being new in a different country having front desk assistant would have been great

We had a leak in one of our bathroom lights. They were unable to give us another room or a full refund. They gave us buckets to place under the light that was dripping water. They only give you a 10-15 percent refund from what we paid for. Otherwise nice place. They at least let us check out at 2pm which helped with the jet lag.

We were bumped to another property 2 days before arrival even though we booked the trip 2 months ago. Told us the room we were to have had problems with air conditioning. They offered 2 other properties to choose from and if neither were acceptable, they would offer others. We selected one, but it was bad. When I contacted Libere, they said I could have picked another location. The properties offered were not part of Expedia and offered very little information on their web sites. Only way to tell if property was to check-in. Libere is a aparthotel which offers a kitchenette which was important to us as we did not want to dine out all the time. None of the alternate properties were aparthotels which forced us to dine out more at an additional expense to our trip of approximately $1000. Bottom line is we were bumped due to over booking which is what Libere representative told the manager at the property we ended up staying at. They lied to us. They also said they directly moved our stay and our payment to the alternate hotel. Another lie. Alternate property did not even have refrigerators in rooms and actually wanted to charge for ice. Very disappointing.
