Very happy with our stay

Clean place. Everything was awesome! Would stay here again😊

My favourite home from home :) I have stayed here so many times now and I return as it really is a home form home, everything I need for a really comfortable stay is always here. The apartments are clean and spacious, the balcony a good size (more and more modern properties neglect this) and the rooms are really comfortable. The attention to the details or the 'little things' makes a big difference - good size wardrobes, as mentioned good sized balconies, well maintained gym and pool as well as bbq areas to improve your overall experience and stay. Importantly I always feel safe here walking around by myself day and night and I have never had any bad experiences - I am a female solo traveller and this is really important, the apartments are located in a great place. Staff here really are genuinely helpful and approachable and check-in and check-out are efficient and there is good communication to check for needs and requirements. I really appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks placed in my room for my arrival - how lovely :) I sleep so well here !, it is in a calm and quiet part of the city and it is really close to so much including the city botanical gardens, excellent restaurants, a big Woolworths supermarket, convenience shops and transport and links for further exploration. I very much look forward to my stays here and choose to stay here time and again - thank you to all the lovely staff :)

Great location, friendly staff. If I have to say anything could be improved- the fan in the bedroom was noisy and the water pressure not good!

Breakfast was okay (very busy). Room was quiet and comfortable.

Great location. Easy to enjoy the city, south bank, and HSW. Great communication. Smooth check in and out. Great for our family with 5yr and 3yr olds. Would stay again.

A lovely spacious appartment with a beautiful river view. Very comfortable beds, and even a Nespresso machine with pods. Great stay.

Room was old and not clean

The apartment we had was spotless and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the Storey Bridge. The location was perfect, we were able to comfortably walk everywhere and the city cat ferry service was a leisurely 5 minUte stroll from the apartment. Staff were friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend/ return to Oaks apartments on Felix .
