breakfast was a little plain and nothing to rave about. the staff though was very helpful! we asked about places to visit and how to get there and the lady took her time to explain everything! I will add that the outside of the hotel is beautiful and the surrounding area is nice enough but the interior of the hotel definitely needs some touching up and the pool needs more lighting inside and out!

An okay stay. Mostly clean, needs maintenance

There is ample parking. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items. The shower head had several settings, but the only one that worked was a jet spray from the middle of the shower head. The faucet on the sink was leaking. Otherwise, it was great.

Unchanged bedding :(

Very unpleasant, the hotel was dirty, grimy. The whole facility was run down and needed a remodel. The only thing I could say was the mattress was comfortable and the towels were clean.

The pool was filthy. The walls around the shower/tub had black spots that appeared to be mold. The door to our room, and several rooms around us, would not close properly. Screws were falling out of the hinges and the doors had to be lifted up on one side while pushing it in to make sure that it closed. We made a habit of double and triple checking to make sure the door closed. We ended up ending our stay early because we returned to our room after going to get lunch and the door was open. It was checked and double checked by two of us before we left. We told the staff about the door a couple of different times and they said that maintenance would be coming to fix it but it did not happen. We checked out early to leave and the lady working at the desk was very snippy about us leaving early.

The hot tub wasn't working for the 4 days we were there. The pool was open the day we arrived. The pool was down the next 2 days but they did get it up and running on the 2nd day 2 hours before the pool was closed for the night. They refused to do a partial refund for our trip. The front desk people are extremely rude and unprofessional. To get housekeeping to come vacuum or what not you have to call the front desk to let them know you want housekeeping services. Not sure why because they dont answer the phone. They only provided 3 towels in the bathroom. There are 4 people in our party. The beds were broken down and extremely uncomfortable. The beds didn't come with a blanket it had a sheet and a cover that wasn't much thicker than the sheet. There is mold in the bathroom on the wall and ceiling. Location is horrible. There is one way to get in and out of this place. This is hands down the worst place I've ever stayed.

No clock, tv channel selection process ridiculous, no channel guide, telephone not located by bed, switch to turn on a light by the door didn't work some lamps didn't work, had a grungy feel...

we will surely go back
