From check in to departure, disinterested and unhelpful staff. Assigned room 47 (when i enquired at checkin about possible villa upgrade,) a corner room next to the trades access and neighboring hotel's airconditioning complex, so constant noise, all night too, with poor sound deadening

Was an amazing stay! Appreciate the staff and service :) Just a quick feedback. The air conditioning could be better? the temperature was generally 30 degrees despite how many times we tried to adjust it. Also, it would be nice if the hotel could provide more mosquito repellants and probably blinds for the high floor units that has the outdoor bath tub.

The room, the facilities, the staff and the breakfast buffet were stunning. It was a real treat. The room was so comfortable we could have lived there if that was possible. The service was top notch and we had a great experience

Amazing stay, if you are looking to escape the busy cities for a few days and want some peace. Highly recommend staying here. Book the jacuzzi room with sea view. You will not regret it. Bolt works in hua hin so getting into town and the night markets is easy. Enjoy sunrises on this side of Thailand!
