Très bien...

Lovely spacious, clean and well appointed room. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel staff are amazing, they offered vase for my flowers , I even got to go to room earlier and stay a little longer. Beautiful room with nice bed and great location with amazingly no noise.

Location was excellent, close to all the local attractions and just great for walking around the city. We had a loft too Which was really nice. Only negative was the breakfast, was very small offering and was never topped up.

all was great!

The hotel was conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk of the Central Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed with good air conditioning which was great as it was extremely hot during our Summer visit. We liked the Lobby “honor bar” that was well stocked. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend this hotel.

They were very kind. Clean hotel and well located between train station, water, and city. Would stay again

Excellent location and the staff are all a delight! Really made our stay! We’d definitely recommend staying here and will return should we ever come back to Amsterdam!

The hotel was really excellent. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Everything pristine ly clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. All the staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast was superb, with everything you could possibly want. The honesty bar worked really well and was a great extra feature. The WiFi worked well and we had no problem with it. The location was ideal, such an easy walk from the station where you can pick up trams for all parts of the city, but it was also easy to walk to most places too. Lots of places to eat nearby in the evenings if you don't want to go far from base. Lovely quiet location by the canal despite being so conveniently placed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and certainly will return if we go back to Amsterdam.

Convenient location; window with a view; staff great Room needs a refrigerator - diabetic; inconvenient to go from one elevator to the other in a different building No budging on cancellation, even though the airline cancelled our flight & I called right away. Paid for two nights & only stayed one. Breakfast buffet needs juice options
