The room was clean but I feel the staff at the front desk, during the day could have been more helpful. When I checked in, my room did not have air conditioning. It was 30 degrees in the room. When I complained at the front desk, the guy working there told me he was an extra and didn't have any authority to do anything. Not helpful at all. He told me to come back at 10:30 when his colleague started her shift. I did, and she was super helpful. Moved me to another room that had air. The air worked until the next day and then it stopped working. I complained twice - 2 days in a row and they kept telling me a technician would come look. I was attending a conference so it wasn't until I came back a lunch and insisted a technician come to look at the thermostat did he finally get it to work. I just felt my needs were not met - until I pushed.

We had a terrible stay at aparthotel adagio porte de Versailles. The air conditioning of our room and many other rooms were not funcioning at all while there is a Red Weather Warning for Heat in Paris. It was impossible to sleep at night given the heat and the air conditioner not working. When we tried to get a resolution from the reception, we encountered receptionists who were all part-time workers with no authority to better our situation. All while so many guests were having problems with the Air Conditioning the Director of the property was absent from work for 3 days. There was no availability of technicians to check our air conditioner and we had to spend our first night without air conditioner, the second day when the technician arrived he was adamant that the air conditioner is working when it clearly wasn't working as the room temperature increased from 27 C° to 30C°. This property is listed as a 4 star property but it does not even justify a 2 star rating due to its faulty air conditioning and incompetent staff. We recommend everyone to avoid staying at ApartHotel Adagio Porte De Versailles!

Had been trying to communicate with Hotel prior to our trip. We emailed, called for weeks before arrival but nothing back. When we got to the hotel to check in we were told they didn't have our rooms even though confirmation of the booking had been sent to us. They said it was due to a technical issue - but failed to get any information from the technical team or tell us the real reason why we couldn't have our rooms. After 60 minutes of discussion and asking to speak to the manager, finally they were able to give us a bed for the night. Staff were not very helpful at all.

Very friendly checkin and checkout process, very close to T2 tram station. I stayed in two different rooms, quality varies.

Our room didn’t have heating and it was very cold during the night. They tried fixing it and they kind of did on our third night but the heating system was very old and extremely loud. You could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room and bad smell from cooking that was coming from the vents. Room looks better on the pictures, some renovations was done, but you can see very old doors and cupboards were still there.
