Nice clean bed. Bathroom is clean but limited in size. Convenient location near Changi airport.

It is definitely an outdated establishment and nowhere close to the airport. There are a couple of hawker centers outside but not as appealing. My kettle did not even have a cord to plug in. The towels were old and torn. The sheets were so thin and the AC was on full blast all night. I was unable to adjust the temperature so I had to sleep with layers on. It felt more like a hostel rather than a hotel. The whole ambiance was clinical at best.

Quite place, away from touristy area. Rooms were big, comfortable. Enough to just sleep and shower. There’s a restaurant downstairs for easy food. A bus stop nearby too.

Excellent location, great customer service and neat and well maintained rooms. The things may wouldnhave been better if they have provided body lotion and entertainment channels.

Hotel 81 Changi suited my needs very well. I was passing through Singapore, having a 30 hour layover. My room was not large but was clean and quiet. The hotel is located about 400 metres from a metro station which in turn is about 20 minutes from the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful.
