The property is in a good location. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. It’s outdated is my complaint. But seemed pretty clean.

Be aware…property has not been maintained. It looks like it was built in the early 90s. Doors jam and struggle to open on exterior AND interior. The interior doors rub the door frame and the key latch was not secured. It was insinuated by multiple people the waterpark entrance was included. It’s not, really. 1 pass for each day, covers only 1 person. The mattress in the room was super old and not comfortable! The one bright spot was for every adult meal purchased at on-sight restaurant kids ate free. Staff at restaurant was pleasant and helpful! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would i suggest anyone give it a try!

This was such a great hotel. Fun for the whole family with the water park, putt putt on siteand the beach just across the street. The food was delicious at the hotel resturant for breakfast and lunch.
