As we have found at other So Cal hotels, there were homeless people allowed to sleep in the lobby. Certainly, not what I would expect from a hotel as nice as this one. The room was clean and presentable, but we found the shower difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, and the air conditioner was very loud. There is no breakfast included, but the breakfast that was available for a fee was comprehensive and tasty.

Ophold alene

This double tree is in a clutch location. Not too far from the Rose Bowl. Starbucks is in the parking lot. They greeted me with 2 dank cookies. How can you not love this place?

The hotel was nice, spacious, clean. I loved the full size lotions, shampoo and conditioner. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The plus is it was right off the freeway and Starbucks and Chick Fil-A were in the same parking lot of the hotel. The only thing that could’ve been better was the AC. it was very loud and a little frustrating to keep a comfortable temperature. It was either very cold or stuffy but otherwise a great hotel. It had a nice pool and restaurant but we didn’t use either because it was a short stay and had a busy weekend.

★★★★★ I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and my room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere felt safe and inviting, and I really appreciated how easy and stress-free the entire experience was. It's clear that the staff takes pride in providing great service and making guests feel at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for making my trip such a pleasant one!
