God Location convenient. Staff helpful. Facility is old and run down. Needs updated maintenance for sure. Arrival day the shower knob was broken couldn’t shower right away. Next day did not receive a call or notice of eta for knob repair and was woken up early and rushed out to fix repair. Secure door inside missing screws so not quite safe. Day 2 found a cockroach on shower curtain. Showed photo to front desk and Friday evening a couple was arguing loudly outside our door for awhile and there’s no security guard walking the premises for the facility. Homeless going through the garbage’s outside. If it weren’t for the staff I’d give this place one or two stars but the staff were nice and friendly

Under gennemsnittet Plenty of parking. Not the greatest neighborhood, even for a night. Great if you're on a tight budget. If not, I'd look elsewhere.
The staff there were very friendly and nice.

Under gennemsnittet The TV was broken, the ‘non smoke’ room smelled like marijuana, there were cockroaches on the walls. The parking lot had rodents near the dumpsters and was hard to navigate.

Under gennemsnittet This place is a scam! They wanted $150 deposit after I already paid for the room and wouldn't give me a key. The floor was broken up, dirty rooms and then they kept my deposit saying a towel was stained. Ice machine doesn't work. No coffee. No laundry. Rude staff. They only want to scam people. I'll never book here again.

Under gennemsnittet Roaches very very bad Internet, especially near the office. House keeping is great. They will enter your room even if you ask for no room service. 100 dollar deposit. Very unattractive area lock your doors.

Not being able to use vending machines without a card and the ice machine did not work. Broken store in the front makes location hard to find from the street even though freeway sign is well marked

Construction being done around property. Microwave did not work so had to take the food to the office to warm up. Room was clean but was loud in the area.
