nice and clean

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were freindly. Parking was perfect and everything we needed was conveniently located.

Great hotel, cheap, clean and right in the heart of niagra, staff were great also would highly recommend!

If you're looking for a clean, no frills place to lay your head to sleep near the Falls, this is it. You can pay to park for the duration of your stay with unlimited entry and exit (unlike most lots nearby) and see your car from your room. The Falls, Clifton Hill and restaurants are nearby so you can walk and leave the car parked. Just know: there's no breakfast, fridge, or microwave and the towels are small. THE AC DEFINITELY WORKS! And housekeeping WILL come clean your room if you don't put the sign on the door. The staff is friendly and polite.

Everyone was nice. The property was clean very close to all of the attractions. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

AVOID AT ALL COST! ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE WITH A MANAGER AND HOTEL/MOTEL!. I wish i could say you get what you pay for but the story ia very different! We booked three rooms and before booking we called and asked if they can add sofa bed into the rooms we booked. The person who was on the call ensured us that they will be able to do so and it is FREE of charge. To our suprise, there was no sofa bed in the rooms. We asked the front desk amd first she said, oh we cannot put into your rooms and explained the whole conversation to her and she said let me talk to my manager. Manager said that they will try to find the sofa beds and put it in our rooms as they are first come first served. But as right before booking i made sure that they knew i will need those sofa beds but nothing was done. Around 8 pm, we were told they will find and bring it into our rooms. When we came back at midnight, we were told that they don't have any sofa beds and we are out of luck! Then again going on a call with the manager and same story! We will tey to find it for you and bla bla bla! Mind you, it is midnight! And he wants us to book a other room and pay for it?!?! Because of their incompetence, now i am supposed to pay for an extra room??? After lots of back an forth, he is like, i will refund you all your money and you can leave!!! At midnight?? With my family!!! Finally we decided to book a room for one night and "no other rooms were available " which was a total lie

Upon arriving was not thrilled to be charged $50 for parking that was not listed in the listing. Wifi did not work the entire trip. Could not use devices had to go to local restaurants. Killed a cockroach the minute we walked in. Just glad it was close to everything and did not have to walk far. Closer hotels for the same price right in clifton. Do not stay here
