Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinners a bit disappointing Staff friendly Very basic gym. Couldn’t try the pool due to late opening in the morning and early evening so not matching the work schedule.

Main entrance seems to be under construction so they have a side door to a small reception area. Although the agent was welcoming the environment was not. We were given a room that was looking out to that side door where security and other hotels staff linger around. It's noisy all night long even with wjndows closed.

This is not a business hotel. The internet access is non existent. The rooms are average but clean. There was no indication that any building works was being carried out otherwise I would never booked. The breakfast area is tired and the whole hotel is dated.

The staff was amazing. Front desk took such care of me. Allowed late check out one night I was so exhausted, and they juggled to make it happen. Just the best! Awesome rooms. Loved the do not disturb switch and motion activated eco-friendly hallway lights. Food and drink were wonderful! Spa was so healing. Spa staff so nice and generous, especially Ramy. Just a great experience!

We have recently enjoyed a weekend at Novotel Cairo with my family. We had a wonderful time but as first timers underestimated the size of the city and location of the hotel. We ended up eating most meals at the hotel restaurant, as most places were quite far. Food was however tasty and service always attentive. We also enjoyed the pool area. It was nice the hotel wasn't very busy, which is probably also caused by the renovation- on some days it was very noisy.
