A very special property. Personally loved it. Cosy rustic accomodation in an amazingly beautiful natural setting. Marc and Sasha were both excellent hosts and provided fantastic advice for our trip around the Coromandel.

Fantastisk Beautiful. The watergardens are so peaceful and the longer walk to the waterfall for swimming was worth the climb.
Our " house" was beautifully decorated and breakfast was great with all we could want.
A hidden gem well worth the trip.

The place is idyllic!! Beautiful gardens and waterfalls all to ourselves after the place closes. Breakfast in our own house. Peace and quiet.

Rapaura WaterGardens is absolutely magical. Imagine a cottage nestled in your own secret garden, 64 acres of lush bushes, native trees, lily ponds, flowers in bloom, gurgling streams, walking paths, green mounds of grass everywhere, and a gorgeous waterfall. Hard to not pinch yourself when you look out the sparkling windows gazing at nature, with the occasional ducks passing by and the birds singing their song. As you sit in your cozy cottage, luxurious in all the necessities, comfy in the most charming way, you just can’t help but feel grateful that you chose to stay 4 nights.
Learning bits of the history that created this special place over 50 years ago and knowing that Sacha and Serena have taken it over from their late mummy as custodians and hosts with Super Ross, who we’ve not met, as the groundskeeper, can’t help but make us feel like family. What a special place this is, one that is in the spirit of a country known for its natural beauty and kind folks.

This is a really beautiful place to spend a few nights. Setting is in a rainforest with waterfall and lovely gardens. It is a unique experience that is hard to find now. Sacha is a wonderful host.
