Ophold alene

The location is excellent, very close to the KL Sentral monorail station. It's also within walking distance of Little India. A 50 RM deposit and a 10 RM tourist tax per person are required in cash upon check-in. The rooms are reasonably clean. The bathroom towels are laundered but are somewhat dingy, so those who are particular about cleanliness should bring their own.

Comfortable and centrally located hotel. Helpful and efficient staff. Only two things that would have made our stay better - water machines rather than wasting plastic bottles, and doors that closed properly. There was continuous slamming of doors from 11pm to 1am as people returned from being out.

Room was filthy, towers had holes and were worn out at the edges. The curtain, walls, bed and table all had stains. I looked and checked out same day, and they wouldn’t refund. Disgusting room and management. Yuck!

Centrally located to Sentral station. Located in little India. Building had a power outage in the middle of the night and resolved within an hour by staff. Towels were stained and ripped. Bedding was clean. There was dust build up in the aircon.
