I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Fontainebleau. Although I had a busy schedule and did not have much time to interact with the staff, the two receptionists I met at check in and check out made a great impression. Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent service contributed greatly to my stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Fontainebleau.

The dinning experience in the patio was disappointing. i waited for over 50 min to be served; had to complain to even get a waiter to bring a menu. that was the one and only meal in my four-day stay. Mercifully, INSEAD organized fabulous dinner parties and tasty luncheon. The breakfast was so disappointing and basic that I rejected it on Day 1, and skipped the rest of my stay. Forget this place.

The location was amazing, we had an upgrade, with more spacious and well equipped room. The area around the hotel is very nice, the castle is a few minutes away from the hotel.

We had a great stay. This hotel is well-located and quaint. The staff is helpful and nice. The room was lovely but not luxe. The beds were so-so. The room was clean, but the area rugs were not so clean. We would stay here again.
