Perfect location and close to everything! The staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They provided accurate information throughout our stay and even personally walked me to one of the best spas in the area to help me book several treatments.
The hotel has a modern look and feel, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in Thailand's heat. We loved the private second sleeping area, which provided extra space and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.
Fresh towels and coffee were provided daily, and there were plenty of restaurants and a laundry service within a two-minute walk from the hotel, making our stay even more convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of the excellent location, outstanding staff, comfortable accommodations, and nearby amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely choose this location again on my next trip to Thailand.

Greeted by kind and considerate staff, check in was simple and the rooms we had were fantastic!
Great space, brilliant air conditioning and a delightful pool too.

The hotel was ok but there are two issues to note.
The pool (a facility that guests pay for) closes at 8 pm. This is far too early. Most hotels close pools at 11 pm. The water was cold, so the temperature needs to be checked more regularly. The water fountains were not turned on, which affected the ambience.
Only one electronic key was provided for room access. When I mentioned to the reception staff that two guests were staying, I was advised that the hotel policy is to provide ONLY ONE keycard, regardless. This made things difficult for a couple to manage. We aren't connected by a chain and like to do our own things, which means access to the room at different times is required. This affected our stay greatly. This is the key reason we would not stay at the hotel again.
