Excellent hotel!

I had an excellent stay and would absolutely return the next time I’m in Boston. From the moment I arrived, the front desk concierge was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear, detailed directions to the parking garage, which I appreciated. The only minor downside was that the parking garage is a few blocks away from the hotel. It wasn’t difficult to find, but after a long day of traveling, I was ready to relax. That said, the walk gave me an opportunity to take in a little of the city at night, which ended up being a nice experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. My room was spotless, comfortable, and provided a great night’s sleep. In the morning, I visited the coffee bar and thoroughly enjoyed it. The outdoor patio was another highlight—comfortable seating, great lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Boston.

Great experience here, parking can add up, but with the discount the hotel gets you its much cheaper than it would be. Great walking distance from a variety of things to do.

The bed was soooooo comfortable!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

We got an upgrade at check in and they gave my husband a lovely bag of treats for his birthday! Staff at check in were fantastic! We didn’t use hotel amenities much as we were too busy enjoying the Scotland party for World Cup but hotel was very clean! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we next visit Boston!

So appreciated the creativity in the design and layout. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the suggestions for lunch were great! Staff were friendly and helpful too.The coffee and tea bar were outstanding too. We took advantage of the Mexican restaurant and bar as well. Perfect place for us to stay!
